9. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, Trendi Talk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

10. Governing LawThese Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Trendi Talk operates.

11. Changes to TermsTrendi Talk may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective once posted. Continued use of the Services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
